Watch as our coal range volunteers recreate traditional Victorian recipes as well as modern favourites on the Shacklock coal range in Highwic’s 1870s kitchen. You might even get to taste the final product!

Normal entry to the house applies - adults $10, Heritage New Zealand Pouhere Taonga Members free, accompanied children free (four children per paying adult).
